Current Version of Form not showing on screen

Per my revision history, I have the most current version of my form saved (which includes a payment wizard); however, when I click on the form title to "edit form" an older version appears that does not include the payment wizard.

Additionally, I am unable to save any changes that I make in the "Set-up/Embed" menu, inclusive of form limits, email notifications, etc.  The form says that the changes to the email/form limits were saved; however when I pull up the form, the changes are not present, nor are they reflected in the revision history.

Please advise. I'm frustrated.  This happens often.

    Hi,

Your browser may be loading a cached version of your form and then saving the cached version over your most recent one.  I would recommend trying to clear your browsers cache/cookies then log back in and try loading your form again.  Also, make sure you are fully logged in to the site before making changes to forms.  Occasionally our system will log you out if inactive but it will still look like you can edit the form.

If your edit was not saved in the revisions history, unfortunately we cannot recover it.  My apologies.  If there is anything else we can assist you with or if this occurs again even after your cache is cleared, let us know and we will be happy to take a closer look.
