Currently the report that I pull for my forms includes columns where multiple choice answers are all merged together. I'd like those items listed separately in columns of their own to expediate data importing into our database.
Is there a different question format I can use that will address this or a way I can format the reports differently to achieve this?

I believe, that is not possible right now, but I'll try to see if there are any other workarounds we can use to accomplish your request.

After exporting the forms submissions with the use of this guide.
I was able to separate the answers using Excel's Text to Column tool and I've done it manually.
By the way, I have followed the instruction on this documentation: how-to-split-data-into-multiple-columns-in-excel on the internet.
