While giving the recipient some choices to select from, using radio buttons, drop downs, etc., is it possible to limit the choices so only one choice is left? In other words, if the recipient makes a selection for a T shirt, then if the recipient also clicks on a baseball cap, the T shirt selection is deleted and the baseball cap selection stays. The intention is to rule out selecting multiple items leaving just one item.
I believe the best option is to use a radio button field, that is designed to have only one option selected and then adding some conditions, so that according to the selection additional fields will be shown:
