In testing the date limit feature, I changed it to an expired date, got the error that the date had passed, and changed it back to a future date. Even though I saved the change, the form was still recognizing today as the expiration date and not allowing access to the form. I tried deleting the date all together, but that didn't work either.
I created a clone of the form for us to use, but I would still like to know how to resolve this issue for the future.

I believe this is because you did not enable back the "Status" option in your form, it was disabled when you entered a past date in the expiration date setting.
First, open your form, change the expiration date to a later date. After than, check your "Status" setting and make sure to "enable" it.
That should resolve the problem.
