Email recipient reply

I have created a survey and would like to use the embed link so those who receive my newsletter can click on that link and have the survey open in a new window.  I have included the "submit" button at the bottom of the survey so the recipient can send back to me the completed survey form.

The program I use to send the emailed newsletter can accept the embed link and open the survey with no problem.  In my tests, I cannot get the "submit" button to return the completed survey.  Is there something I'm not doing correctly?

Hi,

If i may ask what embedding method did you use, i would highly recommend using the iframe method.

You can also be able to download the submitted data under the submissions page for the form.
