    I want to cancel subscription and switcg to free mode. Cancel button gives error.

    Hello slakep,

    Upon your request, I have gone ahead and cancelled your premium monthly subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will stay premium until May 29, 2015 for the time you have already paid. After this date, your account will automatically downgrade to free plan.

    I wanted only 1 month to try paid plan and at this moment I do not need paid plan for next month. Maybe in future. Could you please refund last payment. Thanks

    Since you just made your payment, I went ahead an refunded your most recent subscription payment.  You should see this reflected in your account in 5-7 business days.  If there is anything else we can help you with, let us know and we will be happy to do so.

    Unfortunately I find out that after canceling Premium plan and going back to Free plan erased content of all my forms. All my forms current and historical are now empty! Could you please return the content back somehow. Thank you.

    I checked your forms and account and everything appears to be in order.  Your forms appear to be as they were and definitely do not look like they were erased.  I would recommend clearing your browsers cache and cookies then logging back in to your account.  Your browser may have logged you out or is loading a cached page.  There should be no problems with your forms.

    You are right, sorry. Problem is that I reinstaled Mozila and now forms does not show properly in Mozila. But in other comp or in Chrome it is OK. Thanks
