How to set up Notification and AutoResponder emails?

Hi,
we've got one of your Forms on our website. You can upload e-books. Afterwards, the autor (uploader) of the e mail and me as the authorized managager should get an email that someone (the author) uploaded an e book.
Problem is, neither me nor the author gets an email or a notification of something.
Would be great if you could help me solving the problem.
Here's the link to our website: http://www.app-arena.com/ebooks_upload
Thanks a lot,

Hi, Laura,
I would suggest for you to check how your notification and auto-responder are set up.
By clicking the Notification or the Auto-Responder, the Compose Email window will open. Then, click the "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button.
For your Notification email, this is the email that you will receive when someone (Author) submits your form, here's what you need to do:
For the Auto-Responder, this is the email that your user(Authors) will receive when they submit their ebooks using your form, here's what you need to do:
That's it. If it would help best, you can first remove the Notification and/or the Auto-Responder set up currently on your form and re-create another one.
I hope this helps. If there's anything else that we can be of assistance, kindly let us know.
Regards.
