I have some conditional formatting for "is this an RBR" so that if it's a yes it will show another question, I also have another condition under the same one so that if it's a yes then the "material type will show. the issues i'm having is that under "material type" if it's metal then it suppose to show "what type of metal" but hide it all other times....I can't get it to hide. I also need it to be hidden under the initial "what form do you need.

    Hello rizzob95,

For someone to best help you please include a link to the form you are requesting help with. I would be glad to help you if I had access to the form so i could look at the conditions wizard.

    Thanks, Aaron

    Hi,

The conditional is already setup that way. It's working when I check the direct URL of the form: http://www.jotform.us/form/50466313658155. If the form is embedded, then there's a possibility that a conflict is causing the fields to show up, breaking the conditional logic. If this is the case, we recommend re-embedding the form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Please get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
