How does the Monthly reset works

Hi. I have a free account with only 100 forms per month. This month we technically ran out. I got an email the other day saying that our forms would be disabled on 12pm on Wednesday. I figured that was OK, seeing as we are near the end of the month anyway... except we keep getting forms sent in. In fact, were at 106 of 100 per month... not sure how that works.

I got an additional email saying that our forms would be disabled on Friday at 12 pm... which makes even less sense seeing as that's the first of the month.

I just want to know what's going on.

    Hi,

Since you had already exceeded the limits for the Month for the FREE account, your jotform account is now on Overlimit status.

This means that the account will not be able to receive new incoming submissions from the forms anymore.

Fortunately, due the Monthly reset that occurs every 1st Day of the month, your Overlimit status will be overridden and will reinstate your forms again.

Hope this answers your question. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
