I would like to create a booking form.

Asked by Janice Johnny on November 14, 2011 at 06:07 AM

We are an entertaiment company based in Zimbabwe.  We would like to create a booking form where we can post it as a link on our Facebook page for people to book tickets for international artisits that will be touring in Zimbabwe.  the form must have the following info name, Mobile number, Seat Section i.e Upper Deck and Lower Deck (VIP) and the number of tickets the person wants to book

the person should be able to go into the link that we post on our page and then fill out all the details and press like maybe enter and the details get emailed straight back to us, but the info all collected on the form should not be viewed by the public, only us as administrators should be able to view all those that have booked seats.

    Is this possible.

Yes it is possible and actually our service is perfect for that because it does exactly what you want.

First, the collected information from the form will only be visible to the person who signed up to JotForm.

Second, the form fields you wanted as name, mobile number, seat section etc. are all available. You can find a list of our fields here and remember that every field is open to modifications and customization.

Third, you can either have a link to your form to redirect to your form page or you can put your form directly into Facebook and let users fill in your forms from your Facebook page. Here is a guide to adding forms in Facebook but there is also 2 other more here and here which is left to your choice. For adding a link, should go to setup & embed tab and click embed form. Then copy the URL and paste it wherever you like.

I hope these answer your questions if you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

    Have a good day.
