Is there a way of adding tabs to limit the amount of scrolling required - its a questionnaire we want to put out

You can do that by first making your form multi-page, here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.

After that, you can use the Form Tabs widget to have a tab like for each page. Here's the widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/form_tabs
