special characters are shown as code

I built form - filled  with hebrew text.

When using TEXT AREA field, special characters as Apostrophes, are shown as as code, like: ".

e.g

שי"ל

is shown as

שי"ל

The problem occurs when the data is received in google drive.

Some characters, are shown as ascii-html code
