    Email notifications have simply stopped being sent to my account

    Submissions mysteriously stopped being emailed on 4/17. I haven't logged in or changed anything for months, they just quit. I checked the email settings in Jotform and nothing has changed, emails are NOT going to my spam folder. Help??

    Hope you get an answer, as I experienced the exact same issue.  Also cannot forward the submissions from this site to any email address.

    I took a look at your account @apabarncats and the email was in the bounce list.

    I have removed it from the bounce list so you should now be receiving all of the emails to your email address.

    This can happen when some system on your email server, email account or email client decides to reject the email - but should work properly now.

    @parkwater Your issue seems to be different and I would like to ask you to continue with your replies on your own thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/371728-Forms-not-emailing-since-middle-of-April that will allow us to help you resolve the issues.

    My colleague has explained there the most likely reason why this happens, but if you are also not receiving the emails, I would like to ask you to open a new thread for that.
