I made some tests on my side and unfortunately I was unable to find a way to do this using conditional logic. I'll keep investigating to see if this is possible and I'll let you know if I'm able to find a way to do this.
There's also the option to use the full source code of your form to accomplish this using a custom script. If you're willing to use this method please let us know a bit more about how do you want your form to calculate the times and we can provide the script to do it.

Unfortunately, after further testing I was still not able to find a way to do this using conditional logic.
Thus, the only way I can think of to accomplish this is by using the full source code of your form and a custom script like the one provided here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13034067/add-6-hours-to-current-time-and-display-to-page#13034220
As I mentioned earlier if you're up to try using the custom script we would need to know more details about what you want to accomplish so we can help you to build the script.
