We are an umbrella organisation and want to do the next thing:
1. we want to create a survey for all our memberorganisations. Each memberorganisation must be able to fill this survey in in this way:
this survey template must be filled in by the administrator and director
and seperately also by the members of this organisation
The idea is that they can compare of the goals of the directorboard is what members experience
2. Next step is: we want to provide the two fold questionaries as template to our memberorganistions.
This must be so automatical as possible.
An idea is to ask all members to register in jotform and import our 2 forms, but that is too complex.
Any idea's. THe main goal is to set up a kind of a KPI measuring system.

Please check also the details about Sub Account Users in JotForm
Using sub-accounts, you can make the Administrator/Director fill-in the forms first, and then the subordinates (sub users) will be able to view the submissions on the form. The subordinates will be able to compare the goals this way.
The subordinates will be able to use also the template or the form from the main account (owned by admin/directors)
I also recommend signing up for an account if you haven't done yet. You can use this link
Hope this help. Let us know if you have further inquiry.
