Can a field be required in one language, and not on other?

I am building my JotForm form in English and Chinese. Can I make a field required in Chinese and not required in English, or vice versa?

Unfortunately it is not possible. When you are creating multi language form you can just translate fields, you can not add to them additional functionality.
