I've gone through the steps in the user guide
go to form -> edit -> emails -> notification (seems set up) -> send test email -> receive test email.
but when people enter their info in the actual form, I'm not getting a notification email. Can you help me?

Everything seems to be correctly setup, and the email recipient is not in our bounce list. Have you checked your spam folder?
You may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.
