I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
Do you mean to say that the submit button of your form is not working or you are not receiving the submission emails?
I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your form's notification email alert correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem.
I did try to submit your form but it seems to be displaying some validation error message. It seems you have added "Image Slider" widget in your form and made it a required field but did not configure it to display any images. Please check the screenshot below:
For now, I have made this image slider widget a non required field and your form seems to be working as expected. I was able to submit your form successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
I also checked our email logs and found that the submission emails was also send successfully. Please check the log below:

Can you please check your email inbox and see if you have received the submission email? You may also like to check your spam folder as well.
Do get back to us if the issue persists. You may like to delete the "Image Slider" widget or configure it.
