Unable to remember the login details and no email is received when resetting password

    We are trying to upgrade, but can not remember password. When I try to send for new password nothing happens.

    I would always suggest using your username to connect.

    This is the username of your account: petersensfamiliehave.

    I do not see in our logs that password reset email was sent, so I presume that you have tried this after creating a guest account (which caused the reset to not work) - but will in future, if you use your username instead of the email.
