    InfusionSoft Integration: Date field value is passed as a string?

    it's still not passing the dates properly,

     

    When i set the date to map over to the field, it doesnt send it as 04/18/2016

     

    Jotform sends it as 6th May 2015 which is not how infusionsoft receives it,

     

    How to pass the date as 04/18/2016 format?

    Hi,

    I see you have a couple of forms being edited, may I know which one of them you are referring that is connected to InfusionSoft?

    Also, are you using the default Date field? It is recommended that you use the DateTime field under the Quick Tools section when mapping a date value. We'll wait for your response.

    This was built by a 3rd party vendor. I reached out to him last year when it was not working for me.  He said he corrected it but I never got it to work.   Jotform support is great but they most likely cant help if it is the 3rd party problem.  Here is the guys name. REach out to him and see if he can help..

    I see that you already have a ticket on this, I would like to suggest that you reply on your original thread so that it can be escalated again, our developers are in touch with some InfusionSoft devs and they could send them an email regarding the concern.
