How to build visual report

I've read your visual report instructions and I don't see how I can advance to the other questions in my form. It just shows the first two. The instructions say to drag and drop widgets onto my report form to do the rest. But I don't see the rest of my questions on the form. There's no "next" button.

Considering that you did not provide us ID of your form, I will try to explain you in more details how to build visual report.

When you create visual report you will see chart with only two questions. If you want to add additional question you need to expand your page or shrink existing charts in order to create space for more charts.

When you click on Chart icon it will add new chart to your form and new chart it will have default value of the first question of your form. You can change question by clicking on property of chart and selecting other question.

Also charts can overlap and you can move them through Visual Report.
