Please let me know how I can export a range of dates of submissions. If I highlight a range of dates on the report list, it outputs to excel the entire history of the form's submissions. This means huge files everytime I need to just review something for a few days.

Ah Ha!!!! I found the answer. When viewing reports, in the upper right there is this small properties icon which creates a drop of of items, one of which is selecting a custom date range. I thank myself. And thank you for bearing with me.

My next wish is for you to have a 24/7 tech support line for paying customers or
to have a help line where people pay a subscription price to use. My clients
become very frustrated when then can't get immediate help. If just one
reservation is held up by the system, that represents several hundred dollars
that are in jeopardy. That is unacceptable if the client cannot get immediate
help. I know the client would be willing to pay something to get live tech
support. And you would be raking in the dough!
