Configurable List widget not responsive on mobile

Asked by intchina on May 04, 2015 at 05:29 PM

Configurable List and E-Signature not responsive on mobile (iOS)

Please, help, my configurable list widget content is not responsive when viewed on an iPhone. The first 2 fields show up, but the rest is cut off by the screen's edge. There isn't even a horizontal slide bar to slide the application form sideways.

    Thank you in advance!

    Thank you for contacting us.

The Configurable List widget is based on a table layout, so it is basically designed with the exact non-responsive sizes.

I have attached a ticket to this thread to see if our Widget Team can improve the situation with mentioned Configurable List and mobile layouts.

The issue with E-Signature widget will be escalated via the next thread.

We will let you know if we have any updates on this.

Can you suggest any workarounds for this?

    Thank you

My colleague has already escalated this issue to our developers and we will inform you when this is resolved.

Considering workaround I could suggest you to use some other filed types instead of configurable list widget. You can use text box fields and radio button fields with hide/show conditions to enable users to add more options.

    Hope this will help.
