    Why aren't updates to my jotforms showing up?

    Asked by kiwicoffee on November 14, 2011 at 02:51 PM

    I have made changes to a jotform and it shows up correctly in preview, but the changes don't show up when using the URL

    http://www.jotform.com/excel/13174613183

    What's up?

    Page URL:

    Why do you have the 'excel' in the URL path there?

    You dont seem to have a form with an unique ID of '13174613183 ' at all.

    Are you sure thats the correct URL for the form you seem to having an issue with?

    Having the same problem that updates are not visible on my Facebook page.  When I preview on the jotform.com site, I see my updates but not on the Facebook page:

    Copy and pasted this code into the TabPress app:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/13205221707" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1203px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    </iframe>

    @jflaherty

    try changing the iframe embed code to:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/13205221707" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1203px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    </iframe>

    Let us know that helps. Also in the future please open a new thread for your issue, it just helps us track issues a little better.

    Thanks.
