How to show calculation values in the reports?

I've assigned my radio buttons values 1-4 or 4-1 (depending on the question, but when the data is collected in a spreadsheet, the text answers show up (not the values assigned to the text). How can I access the calculation values and work with the data?

Yes, that behavior is "per design". The reason why it is so is because the calculation values are only to be used in calculations and as such it would only be visible to the math part of conditions and to the form calculation, while to the reports it would not.

The only way around this is to create a hidden set of fields on your jotform that would update through conditions or you can use Form Calculation widgets to capture each field instead.

These fields should hold the label that you want to show in your reports and if done as mentioned above, they would show the calculation value.

Since form calculation will do the capture of this value for you by simply adding the field that you are after I do not think that you will have any trouble with this - but as this might be so depending on the fields, do let us know about it and we would be happy to assist.
