Integration and my form works, but then when I go and see the information received seems boxes blank information I should get through Facebook as username, email, etc.

The integration will only be able to grab data that is public in the users profile.  If they have that specific data set to be private, it will not come through in the integration.  If they have their whole profile set to private, the fields will indeed be left blank.
