If users upload photos where are they stored and how do I retrieve them?

Asked by jdfm1975 on May 06, 2015 at 06:45 AM

    Hi There,

I am going to be running a fun animal photo competition for a charity. I want to use jotform as it's been great in the past, but where can I retrieve the photo's (to download and then upload onto our charity website)?

Also, is there a size limit in terms of the number of photos that can be uploaded for the competition as a whole? Very grateful for your advice.

    Thanks and all the best

    Hi James,

The files are stored to our server and you can download them in the form submissions page. Here's how you can view your form submissions page:

For uploading the photos to your website, you will have to manually do it :).

Your second question about the size limit has been moved and will be answered here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/564976.
