When I log-in an access my form. It shows 5 submissions. However, when I click the form or click the inbox, the screen is blank. What am I doing wrong? Why can't I see the submissions?

Have you set up email notifcations for that form? If so, did you recieve any?
I also note you have dropbox integration set up, did any of the submissions end up in there?

I attempted to set up email notfications, but i didn't receive any. I did another submission using "John Doe" just to check it and that one is in the dropbox... Thanks so much!!!
I don't know where the other submissions went. Should I just ask them to resubmit?

I have made a sample submission in your form and was able to view it on JotForm Submissions Page instantly. I know this sounds unprofessional, but if you can ask them to re-submit their previous data then that would be much helpful for you.Thank you so much for understanding and have a great day!
