I want to create a WORK ORDER FORM for a television broadcast facility. This form needs to be made with several sections, for example
Each of these sections have many pull down screens, date time stamps but must be ONE document. NOW MY QUESTION?
Can I add a "TAB" on the side of the page to effectively jump from PRODUCTION to QC. (Jumping several pages and parking on the QC section. I dont want to have the staff have to scroll down many many pages to get where they need to be.
How can I do this?

Though it may not be possible to have your tab running down the side ass in your image, it is indeed possible to have your form separated out into different pages accessible by tabs at the top. First you would need to create a multi-page form using page breaks:
Then, you would add the form tabs widget to your form to allow for the tabs:
