How to change the form height?Asked by Margaret on May 06, 2015 at 02:36 PM
My ability to continue adding fields stopped on the third page. I have figured out how to change the width, but I am not able to find how to make the form longer. I am using Firefox as my browser.
If you have Google Chrome you should not have that problem. Try using it instead of Firefox. I hope this was helpful and if you need anything else please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To my understanding, you are still on the process of creating your form with the use of Page Breaks, however, on the third page you are not able to add more fields to your form, is that correct? Normally, you should be able to add as many fields as you want to your form, and adding page break would never be an issue.
If you could give us the form URL of your form so that we may replicate it and reproduce the issue. In this way, we would be able to pinpoint the issue and come up with a solution to the problem.
Also, there are at least two ways on how you would be able to adjust the height of your form, one is by adding a Custom CSS code to your form (How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes) and by adjusting the height through the iFrame code (Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code). We will wait for your response. Thank you.
