Create PDF form generates an empty pdf with zero bytesAsked by erik322 on May 06, 2015 at 04:55 PM
Hi, I'm trying to create a fillable pdf from this form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/51044746594359
The generated pdf's have a file size of "zero bytes" and unable to open. I tried to simplify the form, but the problem remains. Another form I created for another project worked fine as fillable pdf.
Am I doing something wrong?
I will report this to our second level, I clear your forms cache, cloned your form in my account and nothing worked, every time I tried a zero bytes file was generated:
You will be notified via this thread about any updates on this matter.
Sorry for the late response. Problems related to your issue fixed, tested and it is working now. You should be able to download your PDF form. Thanks for your patience.
