Form submissions were not sent to Dropbox?Asked by PeterBishop on May 07, 2015 at 09:21 AM
I have one form that sent a test submission to Dropbox (Teacher application -- form.jotform.us/form/51234983905157), but I have another one that is not (Material submission -- form.jotform.us/form/51235227322142).And I not receiving emails -- from Teacher or Materials, the second which I sent a test email.
I realized that I probably didn't set up the Dropbox redirect for the second one, but I also don't see where to do that in the Edit Form.
But all of that is optional. The submission did appear in the JotForm submissions so I guess we're OK.

Emails dropbox and not received
Upon checking your 2nd form titled "Materials", Dropbox was not integrated on it. Please follow this guide on how to do the integration:
1. Navigate to your "My Forms" list. Choose a form and click "Edit Form".
2. Inside the form builder, navigate to "Integration" and look for "Dropbox". Here's a guide on that: http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm.
