    @JCLAUDIOSGO

If I understood correctly, you are interested in taking a picture from the form you design.

Yes it is possible, using the Take Photo Widget:

Please take a look to this link How to Add a Widget, you will find more details: http://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.

I hope this answers your question.

    Ola

Esto tentando utilizar a opção Take Photo, mas no celular está aparecendo a opção de "selecionar arquivo), onde gostaria de tirar foto utilizado o formulário e mandar no próprio formulário por e-mail.

    Isto é possível ?

I understand what you mean. I checked your form and the take photo widget is showing properly in my desktop computer. It shows a black box and when I turned my webcam on, it will work.

However, I checked your form on my android phone and I see the select file button on the take photo widget. If you click select file, it will ask you what would the phone use, gallery, camcorder, etc. When you select the camcorder, then you can take a photo and upload it.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

    Hello Jorge Claudio,

I am truly sorry to hear your form is not working in your mobile, I just made a demo form linked here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51376516965970, tested in my android and works.

First of all, you have to become your form to mobile responsive:

Access your form in edit mode, drag the Mobile Responsive Widget, as below indicated:

Get your form in Designer mode, select Form Layaout and click on Make This Form Responsive:

When accesing your form in your mobile device, after filling in the blanks of the form, touch the "selecionar arquivo", the screen will display the camara option, touch the camara to activate it, when the camara becomes active, take the picture and touch the check, this will go back to the form then touch Submit button, it will take few moment to send the info along with the picture, the time for submission will depend on the internet connection of your phone.

I hope this helps. If any other question please contact us again.

    Aury

    Obrigado

    Jorge Claudio

    Hi Jorge,

When I made a test using your JotForm http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50707332411949

on my Android 4.4 device, the Take Photo Widget did work.

Using the Take Photo Widget to capture photos on Android device Image 1 Screenshot 20

What is necessary is to allow the browser to accept the use of the widget.jotform.io camera on the device.

In my case, I have allowed by using the Chrome browser property to use the Desktop version of the browser.. and then there is a pop-up dialog that request for the allowing the use of the device camera -- I allowed it then.

Please check also on your device..make sure the allowed camera is enabled when you open the form on the browser.

Let us know if you're still not able to make it work.

    Thanks.

    Jonathan

Agradeço muito sua ajuda, mas acredito que não vai dar certo, pois tenho um aplicativo

    http://applink.com.br/grupogalatasprivado

    Hi,

I believe the problem is that the form is embedded in a mobile device application. In my case, I installed your .apk file and viewed it on my end. Unfortunately, there are things that the web form does not support especially if you compiled it on an app.

Have you tried embedding your form's fulls source code in your app? That should give you a more better result. Here's a guide on how to get it: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form.

If that doesn't work, we can forward this to our developers to have it check.
