    Hello,

I have created survey with Jotform. I used logic with conditions. Then, i put my form to my wordpress website with embed code throgh a new page. When i first visit the page, survey logic doesnt work. I need to refresh the page again and then everything is fine. How can i solve this ?

Here is the link of form : http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51088772791365

Link of the page from website which has the form : http://www.onabunual.com/anket-2/

    Need help quickly.

    Best regards,

    Ahmet

Can you try to re-embed your form using the iframe code instead?
This behavior is caused by conflicts between our scripts and your site's script (e.g. JQuery).

Please give it a try and let us know if this helps to solve the issue.

    Hello again,

Yes iframe code works. But i need to ask something. I have connected 3 forms with conditions to the form which i have uploaded with iframe. When i have some changes for other forms, will i need to update iframe code again ? Or there is no update until i have changed something from the main form that i uploaded to website with iframe code ?

    Thanks

I'm not quite sure if I understand your last question correctly.

But, the iframe code will also going to render the latest version of your forms all the time which means that you don't need to make any further changes in it on your site when you make modifications to your forms.

I hope this answers your question.
