I posted a template form on your website, it kept the emails in the form and I need the removed how can we do this?

Hi,

Whenever someone clones your form or uses a template you had created, the email addresses in the form will be removed and set to the default address associated with the account.  If you still would like to have us remove the template, just let us know the URL and we will be happy to remove it for you.
