Advanced Color Picker widget: manual entry is not possible even if you allow it based on your settings

Hi, I use the "Advanced Color Picker" widget on a few of my forms. I see when the widget is initially dragged over from the left a window pops up giving the option to enable or disable manual entry of one's color selection. When I select to enable this, the widget still does not let the user enter their color selection manually which can be very inconvenient for them. Please let me know if this is able to be fixed. It is in my forms titled "Photo Strip Design Form" and "2x6 Photo Strip Design Form."
