Drag and Drop Upload widget: When allowed extensions are declared the widget refuses the files - even when they are matching the extension

Hi, I use the "Drag and Drop Upload" widget in 2 of my forms. I am testing this out and I see that when I drag and drop a JPEG file (ext .jpg) even though I have enabled this extension within the widget set up it still says that it is not allowed. I use this widget in My Forms: "Photo Strip Design Form" and "2x6 Photo Strip Design Form." Please let me know if this can be fixed.

    Thank you!

I took a look at your jotform and I can recreate the issue.

It seems that the only time it is not happening is when you remove all of the extensions - so that all files are accepted.

I presume that this is all based on an error during a check of extension, which is why it does that, so I will raise this to our developers to test out and see what is causing this and they will update you about this through this thread as soon as they resolve this issue.

I would recommend using a regular file upload for the time being instead.

    Hello,

We sincerely apologize for that - the guiding text under that configuration gave the wrong information.

Please exclude the period when listing the file extensions - i.e., jpg, png, jpeg, rar, zip   - Just as shown below:

The extension filter should work normally with that configuration: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51271197596969?

We've updated the helper text to reflect that -

Let us know if you have further difficulty.
