Is it possible with the Professional account to set up separate user groups for sub accounts?

    We are a larger organization with many different departments, each of whom will use JotForm in different ways.  Most departments want to only see the forms them and their department colleagues need to see and collaborate on.  Is this possible through the Professional account, or should I purchase an Economy Account for each distinct Department?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We have a Sub Account users option, but there are no special groups option available. You will be able to create up to 100 Sub Account users with Professional account.

    Each Sub Account user can have different permissions. We support 'View Submissions' and 'Edit Form' permissions, and they can be set on forms and folders basis.
