Unable to receive email notifications

    HI

    I was forwarding emails successfully but they seem to have stopped forwarding

    Mailbox is fine

    Test emails to email address fine

    When I change the email address they forward to they forward ok but if I change it back they stop again

    Never had this trouble before - any idea?

    I checked your email and it is not in the bounce list. The mail logs shows that the submissions are being sent successfully.

    I checked the email notification settings and I saw that it is not configured correctly. You left the Sender Name blank. You can just choose JotForm or Full name  on the Sender Name. Please don't leave it blank.

    Please check your Spam folders. Please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
