How can I add a multi line heading?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to display heading of your form in more than one line?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can add multiple line texts in the "Heading" field. It is also possible to use <br> tag in the heading to move the line to next line in the heading. Please check the screenshot below on how to do this:
