    Upload field not working in iphone

    I am not running from a URL just sharing the link via text, email etc.

    Correction....seems to be working for some iPhones and not for others.

    Original thread title: I am running a form at the moment that includes a photo upload. It is working for android phones, iPads and PC but not iPhones. Can you help?

    If I understand you correctly, you're saying that the upload field is not working in Android and iPads right?

    I cloned your form for testing purposes. I used an Android smart phone with Chrome as the browser. I don't have Apple devices to try on. The upload field is working properly, I was able to upload a picture and completed the submission. It is working in desktop computer as well.

    Are you getting any error messages on the upload field? Can you please check again, what devices are not working with your upload field.

    Android, ipad and desktop is working fine....it's iPhone that is having problems but only some.

    As far as I can tell there is no error message it just returns to a blank form....I don't have one to test either just getting feedback from a couple of users.

    Probably they are referring to a file system wherein if you click "Choose File", there is no option to browse files or pictures in the gallery. Please use InkFilepicker.io, here's a blog post about it.
