Good day, I''ve been using this form for a couple of months now and I haven't changed anything but the email notification and email auto responder is not working today. The form does get submitted but no email confirmation. I tested my email account, it works, checked my spam folder and double checked that my email address is correct on jotform - No luck.
Are you aware of any issues on your side?

Im having the same problem, im guessing its a issue on their end. i can confirm it was working 2-3 hours ago.
*Email just came through,. might be working again.
*I recieved 1 email but was 1h late,. did 2 tests, both failed

Hi to both,
I have checked it out and it seems to be properly working for me - both autoresponders and notifications.
Please do test them again by submitting your form - not by using the test email button and you will see if it works or not.
If not, do let us know and we would be happy to check it out for you.

yep works fine again,.
seemed to have issues for 2-3h, i got about 7 emails 6 of which were tests in 1 go. after that all was fixed :)

OK, thank you for the update. I am glad that it is working for you now :)
I presume that there was some issue that affected several people (and we have over 1.700.000 users) so it might be based on our system or on some other system related to emails.
We will keep monitoring this however to make sure that we catch it right away if it appears again.
