When I click the submit button, it freezes on "Please wait" status

Hello,

I built this form (see link below) and when I click the submit button, it says, "Please wait" and nothing else happens.

It's an event registration form where I want people to have the option to pay by credit card or select another payment option "Pay by check." I think the error occurs when they select "Pay by check" after having selected one of the registration packages, e.g. 1 Child $95. 

I haven't made the credit card option a required field. I figured they could select one of the registration packages, be shown the total, and then scroll down and click "Pay by check" (which then reveals a hidden text) and click Submit.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the form, as you states, when the "Pay by Check" option is selected, it only says "Please wait" and nothing else happens.

I have gone ahead cloned your form, filled out in the blanks, checked on Pay by Check and I got the following result:

I have also noticed that in your form, you have included a Form Separator Widget, (below figure), to my understanding, this probably would be causing this issue.

Please go ahead and remove this Form Separator, and re-load it.
