As a free member I get 10 secure submissions per month.  But my report page says I've used 8 our of 10 for this month when that is the total for the entire time I've been with jotform.  What's the problem?

SSL Secure Submissions refers to the number of secure (https) submissions you received since 1st day of this month. It appears that you have about 9  submissions received using the secure form. If you don't want to get over quota you have to switch to non-secure version of your form, make sure that you have changed the URL from https:// to http:// on all of the forms.

I have also reseted your limits, so your account is now good to go. Please note that this can only be done once.

If you have further questions, please feel free to let us know. Thank you and have a great day!
