password reset request not working

I have tried to get the system to send my log in information to my email address: lavelle.goodwin@gmail.com
It is not working.
Please advise

The instructions to reset your password has been sent to the email address lavelle.goodwin@gmail.com, it contains a link which will take you to a page where you can update the password.
Please make sure that javascript is enabled on your browser settings.
