    I have checked your form and see the 11 submissions. I cant see any issues with them at all.

    In what way can you not view your submissions? where do you seem to be having the problem?

    is it all of the submission affected? or just the one? 

    The more detail your provide as to the exact nature of your problem, the more quickly we will be able to help you.

     

    Is the order form embedded any where? can you please provide that URL if so.

    I've seen a lot of suspended accounts/forms under your IP address due to phishing possibility. But, since your forms aren't one of these I'll forward this to our administrator so they can white list your IP.

    Before we elevate this to Next Level support if needed. Can we try to resolve it first>

    Is there a way for you to change your current assigned IP address? 
    If you have access to the router, you can re-start the router and it should provide a new IP address when powered on again.
    Please inform me if you can be able to do this.

    You are quite welcome.
    But we have to wait for the admin to white list your IP so you can proceed though.

    If it helps, I want you to know that I am quite familiar with the setting of ISP in the Philippines,

    I know you are using globe, and the IP is not static, if you can restart that wimax router by globe, I am pretty sure you will get a new IP address, which will not be banned listed. And you can work as normal.

    This scenario is quite prevalent with globe and smart ISP because the service is not that high tech. =)
