Why can not we log into our account?

    Our jotform account is not functioning. Can you please let us know what’s wrong?

     

    It is asking us to renew it, but at the same time not accepting our user name and password.

    Hello Marek,

    I am unable to find any JotForm account registered with this email address. I see there are several guest accounts using the same IP address, but there are no forms available any of these accounts. If you can provide us with the account username or account registered email address or any Form ID from your account or the webpage URL where your JotForm is embedded, we'll try to locate your account.
