Hi,
I was given access to JotForm by another user in my company Anne Egan for the Unviersity Hospital Medical staff. She pays for a monthly subscription. I created forms and am using the forms but now I received a message that I must upgrade. I thought we would be able to share the data storage. Please advise. I can be contacted at 973-972-7300 or zabalaj1@uhnj.org

Hi,
If the forms were created under your account, rather than the upgraded account, your forms will not have access to the upgraded limits. In order to share the upgraded limits, the forms would need to be created under her upgraded account and then shared with you from her account:
http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
If you'd like, we can move the forms you created to her account and then she can share them with you. This would allow you access to the forms as well as allow them to have the upgraded limits.
Just let us know and we will be happy to help.
