After submission of form, I have directed the user to a desired url. But now the user can hit back button in the browser to reach back to the form. How can I avoid this??

Unfortunately, this can't be avoided, the link to your form can easily be navigated, clicking the back button will just open the form URL again.

If you would like to limit one submission per user, and avoid them on clicking the submit button again, then you can try setting the Form limits under "Preferences".

You can try setting the Unique Submission per IP OR even using a form field to make it a unique question. This will prevent the user to make multiple submission.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for the support!

This does not let user submit the form more then once. But is there a way that the form cannot be reopened by clicking on the back button

I am sorry, but this is not something that we offer at this time.

Users can navigate back to our forms by using their browser's back button. However, the solution offered above by my colleague Charlie will ensure that they can only submit once, so they can only go back to check on what they have entered in the form.

Please let us know if we can assist you further, and we will be happy to do so.
