I recently had a client fill out one of my forms (Tupieta Project Worksheet) which is quite lengthy. However I did not receive the form in my email or jotform log. The client told me they clicked submit and was told the form submitted so I need to know what went wrong. The initial link I sent was a secure form with captcha so I removed those two things.
I even filled out one of my own forms (Project Worksheet) for a client I had a phone consultation with. The submission is in my log but now I don't ahve the email.

Is there anything I can do to ensure the delivery of my forms? My form is quite lengthy so having clients fill them out twice can be a pain.

First off, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I've cloned your form and made a test submission. I was able to receive a notification. Can you please add these ip addresses to your mail provider's whitelist?
